• Provide environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, local, ethical, recyclable or recycled, organic, bio, vegan, cruelty-free, and chemical-free products where possible.
• Prefer local and domestic production/services.
• Offer products and services that reflect and promote local culture, traditions, and cuisine.
